Skilled work such as electrical and plumbing is charged at the rate for that trade instead of the standard rate above.

A master handyman pops round to look at the work and work out the materials and time the job will need. It's a half-hour slot.
Paid to the handyman at the end of the survey. If the job we quote you for comes to more than £500, the survey fee comes straight off the final invoice.
