Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Crimson Home Referral Programme allows existing customers to refer friends and family. When a referred person books and pays for their first job, both parties benefit: the new customer receives a discount and the referrer earns credit.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a registered Crimson Home account to participate.
• Referral codes are for personal use only and may not be posted publicly on coupon or deal websites.
• The referred person must be a new Crimson Home customer who has not previously made a booking.
• You cannot refer yourself or use your own referral code.

3. How It Works

• Each customer is assigned a unique referral code upon registration.
• Share your code with friends. They enter it during the booking process.
• The new customer receives a £15 discount on their first invoice.
• Once the referred customer's first job is paid in full, the referrer receives £15 credit added to their account.

4. Credit & Limits

• Referral credit is automatically applied to your next invoice.
• Each customer may earn referral credit a maximum of 3 times.
• Referral credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Credit does not expire while your account remains active.

5. Restrictions

• Referral codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• A new customer may only use one referral code per account.
• Crimson Home reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral credit in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral programme is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to the Programme

Crimson Home reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future referrals only; credit already earned will be honoured.
